Hello educators, there are many things that a teacher must think about when creating a lesson plan. Inquiry and Project Based Learning is one of the factors you must incorporate into a lesson plan. Inquiry based learning is a process by which students answer their own questions by research, and teamwork, students must be involved and active in the activities which will help them better understand the material being learned . Project Based Learning is a teaching method that engages students in hands on learning. This way is a great way to have the students engaged and working out the problem they are trying to address.
I have created a unit plan of my own using 1st grade Mathematics, science, English Language Arts and Reading. This has some unit questions and a essential question that incorporates Inquiry and Project Based Learning.
